SHOPPING AT BEAUTY:BTS

You can purchase our products via the website www.beautybts.co.nz. Once your order is placed you will receive an automatic order confirmation. If any products are not available on your order, we will either contact you via the email provided or enclose a slip in your order informing you of item(s) on back order. These will be dispatched out to you as soon as possible. Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.

PRICING

The price for each product on www.beautybts.co.nz is shown in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) including GST. All payments will be taken in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). All prices are correct at the time, however some pricing errors may occur. Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) reserves the right to change prices without notice, explanation or notification. All Glitters are priced on weight and therefore some glitters may look less full than others. Please note, some of our chromes and dusts are sold 1g in a 4g jar and therefore can look half empty.

PAYMENTS

Orders via our website can be processed by Shopify pay (Visa or Mastercard), Afterpay or a bank transfer. If you chose to do a bank transfer, your order will not be despatched until the payment has cleared in our bank account.

MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS

Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) have been advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period. Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) or our carrier will not accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery or missing items. Photo evidence must be provided if goods are damaged.

DELIVERY & CHARGES

Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This can be subject to stock availability. Times quoted are not guaranteed or binding. Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) accept no responsibility for transport delays. The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) is not responsible for any import taxes or duties.

CANCELLATIONS

We accept no cancellation once your order has been dispatched.

RETURN OF GOODS

Fashion-Haus Limited (T/A Beauty:BTS) can only accept returns under the following conditions

  • Damaged goods (either during or before delivery)
  • Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
  • Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)

In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.

In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Beauty:BTS at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund.

LIABILITY

The Beauty:BTS website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

GENERAL

Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products and/or are online carefully. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the guidelines.
Glitter, Dust & Pigment are sold by weight, and not by a 'full jar'. Due to all products having different weight to volume, products may arrive looking at different levels in their jars. Magpie Beauty Limited cannot guarantee consistent colour batches. Colour batches may slightly vary.
